Service availability and features may vary based on your selected plan. Hireskill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use certain Services you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify Hireskill of any unauthorized use of your account. Hireskill shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to secure your account.
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis as outlined in the plan you select. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable federal, state, and local taxes will be added to your invoice. You are responsible for all taxes arising from your use of Services.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may incur a late fee of up to 1.5% per month (or the maximum permitted by applicable law). Hireskill may suspend Services for accounts that are 30 or more days past due.
Hireskill may change pricing at any time with at least 30 days written notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Services complies with all applicable laws, including data protection, cybersecurity, and privacy laws in every jurisdiction where you operate.
All Hireskill branding, logos, software, documentation, and content are the intellectual property of Hireskill and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services only for your internal business purposes.
You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any Hireskill software or material without prior written permission.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to Hireskill. Your Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle unless Hireskill is in material breach of these Terms.
Hireskill may terminate your account immediately if you breach any material provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or fail to pay invoices when due. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted unless required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HIRESKILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
Hireskill's total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Hireskill in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hireskill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA.
Hireskill reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Recording of support sessions is subject to legal requirements that vary by jurisdiction. You are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable consent laws before enabling session recording features.
Several U.S. states require all-party consent to record. In Canada, at least one party must consent (varies by province). Consult legal counsel before enabling automatic recording of support sessions.
You must not use Hireskill infrastructure to send unsolicited bulk communications or store data in violation of applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations.
Managed services delivered across jurisdictions may be subject to data sovereignty and export-control requirements. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations when utilizing Hireskill services internationally.
Hireskill will investigate any reported or detected violations. Enforcement actions may include warnings, service throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent termination depending on the severity of the violation.

Hireskill guarantees 99.9% uptime on dedicated support plans and fast, responsive support. This SLA outlines exactly what you can expect and what happens if we fall short.
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") applies to all active Hireskill plan subscribers. It defines the performance standards, support commitments, and credit procedures that govern the quality of our dedicated managed IT hosting Services.

Planned system management windows will be communicated at least 72 hours in advance via email. System Management is typically scheduled between 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM Eastern Time on weekdays. Scheduled system management does not count toward the monthly downtime allowance.

If monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, you are eligible for service credits:
Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident. Credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches and do not include compensation for indirect or consequential damages.

If you downgrade from the Business Pro plan to the Essentials plan mid-billing cycle, the unused portion of your current plan will be applied as a credit to your next invoice. Credits do not carry over beyond one billing cycle and have no cash value.
You have the right to transition your managed services to another provider at any time. Upon request, Hireskill will provide a data export package within 5–10 business days including system documentation, configuration records, and any stored data. A $50 transition assistance fee applies.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our billing team within 30 days of the charge appearing on your invoice. Include your account number and the specific charge(s) you are disputing.
We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. During an active dispute, the disputed amount will not be considered late.

Hireskill managed IT services are designed for business infrastructure management and optimization. Our services do not replace dedicated in-house IT departments for mission-critical, real-time systems such as medical devices, industrial control systems, or safety-critical infrastructure. Businesses with such requirements should consult specialized providers.
It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate redundancy for critical business operations. Hireskill is not liable for business losses resulting from service interruptions beyond the credits outlined in our SLA.
Hireskill makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime as outlined in our SLA, brief interruptions may occur due to scheduled updates, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Hireskill. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Hireskill implements industry-standard security measures across all managed services. We continuously monitor for threats and vulnerabilities.
If your systems are flagged for a security concern, we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a specific timeline or outcome with third-party security databases or platforms.
Documents submitted during the onboarding process (e.g., business registration, government-issued ID) are used solely for compliance verification purposes.
Hireskill is a registered managed IT services provider in the United States (Wyoming LLC). We comply with applicable federal and state regulations. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all laws in every jurisdiction where you operate, including but not limited to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HIRESKILL PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall Hireskill be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services that exceed the total amount paid by you to Hireskill in the preceding 12 months. This includes all indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
